Before relocating to Fairfield county, I had been running a successful personal training business in New York City for over 15 years. I have extensive experience working with busy clients to help build a healthy and fit lifestyle in a way that is realsitic and sustainable for them. Wether that be losing weight or recovering from injuries and misalignments associated with sitting at a desk all day, I can help.
