I am a Certified Personal Trainer who is dedicated to helping people achieve their full potential. Fitness has been a huge part of my life for many years and my dream has been to help others achieve their goals. I will guide and support my clients every step of the way, all while providing as much knowledge and education that will follow them for years to come.

I am located in Danbury, CT and will travel to clients within a 15 mile radius. I have a variety of equipment that I can bring. I can also offer services via video call. After a free initial screening of getting to know you and your fitness levels and abilities, I will design a program that best suits you and your lifestyle. I will have weekly check-ins to make sure you are staying on track and make any adjustments to the plan if need be.
