I'm a former Pro Triathlete, NCAA Div. 1 Decathlete, and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists and have been coaching/training beginner to pro athletes to fitness enthusiast for over 25 years.
Strength training means more to me than just writing training plans. I believe in individual development plans, taking into account each client's fitness level, goals, lifestyle, and schedule. I listen to my clients, sets realistic goals, and react quickly to change the plan when needed. I work collaboratively to develop each client's individual competencies, strengths, and hidden talents.
