I'm a 20-year trainer with over 10,000 sessions under my belt, so I'd say my superpower is the ability to read body language extremely well! That's important because we need to find what works best for you, so we don't waste your time and energy.
We'll start by assessing your health and exercise history. That includes injuries, past frequency, time management, supplementation, and especially nutrition! Nutrition plays a HUGE role, so together we'll dissect all that as well.
Our first appointment is a consultation, and consultations are free. We'll first meet for a little Q & A at a local cafe near Oregon Fitness where I subcontract, then walk over for a physical assessment. I look forward to meeting you!
