As a trainer, I will be your personal workout and nutrition Sherpa. I will introduce you to, and get you well acquainted with, the Holy Fitness Trio: Conditioning. Resistance. Diet.
We will CONDITION you to perform at a higher level.
With RESISTANCE we will make you stronger.
We will demystify DIET and have you eating delightful, healthy foods.
Every client is different and, thus, has different needs. My past and current clients have ranged from teenagers to Octogenarians, men and women and both experienced and complete beginners.
