My online training program is an app where each client has an account and steps are tracked, calories burned, sleep etc.. I upload workouts with videos of each exercise, sets, reps and rest times! a fully customized meal plan/macro plan comes with it, and weekly check ins to keep my client accountable! (LOOK AT PICTURES TO SEE BOTH MALE AND FEMALE CLIENT TRANSFORMATIONS)
My in person sessions are at a private facility that is never crowded, only for personal trainers and their client.. all brand new state of the art equipment.. i do also include a meal plan/macro plan with my clients and check ins to make sure the client is progressing!
I have been a competitive bodybuilder for the past 10 years, winning most recently in 2022 the NPC Central California Championships and the NPC San Diego Tournament Of Champions! I help all clients with nutrition, looking at bloodwork and hormones to determine what your body needs or should avoid etc..
