I like to incorporate some yoga in terms of cooling down to improve mobility and increase flexibility helping to prevent injuries while also allowing you to move like you did when you were young before all the aches pains etc.
Specifically I design custom workouts for each individual client.
My 1-on-1 training is custom to YOU and the specific kind of training you are looking for in order to achieve the most optimum results that align with your goals.
I take a lot of pride in getting my clients fit (whatever that means to them) while most importantly avoiding risk of injury. Being fit can mean many things I view it as being the best possible version of yourself that is happy, healthy, striving to live your longest and BEST life !
I am passionate in being patient, detailed, and encouraging with my clients so even people with absolutely no experience working out will feel comfortable training with me.
My own wild and winding journey through life has led me again and again to the science of aging, and I know full well the science and research that provides the proof—we can decelerate and reverse aging (5, 10, even as much as 20 years!) naturally, simply and beautifully when we begin to understand how our bodies work and how to care for them.
The argument that one can slow aging, and diseases of aging along with it, used to be fantasy, But now we see it like a scientific strategy.
In my coaching practice, will use a carefully curated combination of health, fitness, wellness, nutrition, emerging sciences, sleep optimization, stress management, brain optimization, and easy-to-use technology solely focused on longevity and the extending healthy years of your clients.
I have a realistic approach to fitness with a stress on proper and realistic healthy eating to support your goals while keeping your overall health in mind and most importantly not feeling restricted.
You can expect my 100%, my understanding, motivation, me listening to your needs and concerns.
