I have been training for over 11+years. All my previous clients have shown results.

I have the knowledge that you need to get your goal accomplished. Everything we do is science based and is proven to work.

Licenses and certifications

I have my BS degree in kinesiology ( applied fitness and lifestyle development) which means I do understand what needs to be done to get your goal accomplished. ( thanks to my major I am able to preform manual flexibility and stretching) which is extremely helpful.

Bachelors of science in Kinesiology

Certified professional trainer ( certified professional trainer) with Nasm.

I am also a stretch therapist

I have my certification in assisted stretching and mobility training

I do offer discounts on the 10 sessions and the 20 session

First meeting is paid

I accept cash, venom, Zelle, apple

I do have all the equipments that we need for our training dumbbells, barbell, kettlebells, and other more useful equipments

The point is you will have the gym experience away from the gym
