I am a NASM certified personal trainer group fitness instructor, Pro all natural bodybuilding competitor, coming from a teaching background.

I train at a fully equipped quiet gym, San Carlos Fitness. I offer partner or group discounts. (half off for 2nd person)

Online coaching price 150 a month, which will include your nutrition plan and weekly check-ins along with your 1 month 4 day a week. workout routine. you can add in person training to this too.

Ill help you get in your best shape! push you to your own limits and ill make all this fun. my cliets stay thats why I dint understand high number of reviewes. I have limited availabilty rifht bow due to 1 client moving. I love what I do and you will feel this in our sessions i promise!
