One of my biggest life mottos is do what you love and love what you do. The key in being able to maintain any exercise program and see consistent results is enjoying what you do everyday. I am committed to working with you to find what’s most sustainable for you with your lifestyle and goals, whether it’s weight loss, building muscle, or enhancing performance for a given sport. As an athlete all throughout high school, I wanted a new challenge upon entering college. I started weight training and fell in love with the weight room. I became certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and went through extensive curriculum related to weight training and conditioning. My current style of training for myself is a combination of weightlifting and HIIT. I’ve been a trainer for 5 years now and love helping people meet their goals each and everyday.
