I’ve got 10 years of weight lifting experience and about 6 years in personal trainings. I believe that workouts need to be fun and entertaining, and a trainer supposed to be a friend. There’s no magic or special secret workout program nor exercise to get fit within short period of time. The magic in my opinion is to find most comfortable and favorite exercises for every muscle group that you don’t mind to keep up doing. Workouts need to be flexible and intuitive. I believe in quality over quantity of clients, so I do not have many, but I do care about each of them.
