Hi, I’m a (deep breath), trainer, nutritionist, chef, CBT practitioner and licensed EMT in Boston. I work with an extremely broad range of clients from professional athletes, to first responders, to chefs and expecting Moms, to my own Mom.
My ideal clients are 10/10 committed to the process, meaning you are “all in”. Loving food and restaurants is an added bonus.
My programs are designed to deliver results regardless of your age or skill level.
Keep in mind, this is not a one-sided relationship! If you want the best results possible then we will need to:
Show up This means we do NOT need to be the best OR perfect but for this to work, we need to be and stay engaged!
Have Accountability Be careful what you wish for. In coaching, we create approachable timelines, strategies, and tools and get sh*t done!
Gain Efficiency My programs are designed pragmatically. While we can spend hours in the gym or kitchen, I imagine, this is is not what you or I hope for.
Have Fun If we hate it, we won’t do it. This is a team effort. While I’m pretty good at making training fun, you’re not hurting my feelings IN THE SLIGHTEST if I’ve missed the mark. Open communication is a must- let's make this werk!
Own our “Why” If it’s to ‘get abs’ or ‘fit into a dress’, I believe you however this physical goal will fluctuate, waver, and we will not sustainably succeed. It’s important to know what grounds us and what pushes us. To me, fitness and food is a way to honor and celebrate the life we’ve been given. It’s humbling and teaches us lessons. It doesn’t have to be physical all the time. Invest time in self compassion and investigate your “why”!
