A healthy lifestyle is more than exercising every day. Exercising is the icing on the cake. Her approach is a bit different than the average fitness professional.
In Monèt‘s healthy living health and fitness program she implement a creative and unique approach. Her programs help individuals explore and grow to create a life that they have always imagined.
Her goal is to guide and support, whether the desire is a weight loss, weight gain, toning, maintenance, or a doctors recommendation. All of these reasonings are valid for wanting change.
A little about Monèt:
She grew up participating in track and field as a little girl. Weight gain was always a challenge for her. Monét shares, “After my parents discovered that I was a natural runner during my participation in an Advil marathon in New York City, they kept me in track and field throughout my childhood. By doing so I was able to rank nationally and travel the world”.
Not only was she athletic, but all her family members were as well. Her experience with athletics sparked her interest to want to dig deeper into the fitness industry
During her journey of growth throughout the health and fitness industry she realize that one’s health relies on more than just the intense physical movement. She was used to hard intense workouts and discovered that living a healthy lifestyle does not require working out hard seven days a week. Through the realization of that she created multiple programs that focuses on a healthy lifestyle balance that gives her clients the results that they want.
