Hi! ?? My name is Kelly. I’m an online strength and conditioning coach, and a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu purple belt based out of BLŪM Fitness in Palm Springs, CA. I've trained a wide variety of individuals – old, young, athlete, non-athlete, injured and non-injured. All of your workouts and coaching will be delivered through my exclusive client training app. I offer a free phone/FaceTime consultation for any potential clients along with a free trial for the app, so there's no initial financial commitment. I do require that online clients have access to a gym, as they will still need access to common pieces of equipment found at most commercial facilities. This is an excellent option for someone who wants a personalized, enjoyable coaching experience without the same level of financial investment as in-person training.
