Located in Boise Idaho. I am a 37 year old mother of two small children. I’ve always been an active person, in my youth I was a competitive gymnast after an injury and a few surgeries later I retired that dream.
After my first child I sought out a trainer and fell in love with lifting weights and feeling happy. During my second pregnancy I lifted the entire time and post baby. After a few months I decided I wanted a hard and fast goal and decided to train for a bodybuilding competition. my goal wasn’t to win, it was to show myself and others it Is possible to take control and accomplish your goals if you put in the work! Through this journey I learned a lot about myself, I learned this is what I wanted to do I want to empower people to take control of their goals to succeed no matter their past, or their obstacles. My first body building show I got my Pro card it was proof if I could do it anyone could! I can guide people through their journey no matter their goals.
