About

I have been a personal trainer since 2015 and I also am a certified and licensed Athletic Trainer. With my background in sports medicine, I specialize in injury prevention, corrective exercise and rehab science. Being a former college athlete, I know what it takes to train at high levels and how to get results. While I work with a lot of athletes, no matter your fitness level, I would love to be part of your journey.

What sets me apart from other personal trainer is that I can offer modalities such as cupping, e-stim and other myofascial release techniques because of my Athletic Training certification.
