I’ve always been passionate about health and fitness. Initially, I used exercise as a way to improve my mental health and I fell in love with how it made me feel. There’s something so empowering about taking control over your health and fitness. Two babies later and 100+ pounds gained and lost, I am extremely passionate about coaching women within their health and fitness. I love seeing women empower themselves through fitness and gain their confidence back. Being a mama of two very young kids, I completely understand feeling like there are too many hours until bed time but also somehow not enough hours in the day.
