I ask a lot of questions upfront and create your unique profile. I do not approach any new client with a cookie cutter mentality. You will be heard. You are seen. I have experienced everything from managing employees in corporate America to owning/running my own business and coaching individuals with their fitness and life goals. At the age of 16, I was already training and teaching my peers. One may say, this has always been my life's work. My purpose is to be here for you and help you sharpen and polish your life. I am a very in-tune Trainer. I get all of the information I need upfront to create a workout and supplement plan specifically to fit your needs. I have been certified through AFAA/NASM since 2006 and have over 5+ certifications in fitness. I have a variety of specialty certifications (kickboxing, bootcamp, yoga, bosu) so I can customize your workout to make it less intense, more intense, more fun, more cardio, less cardio, more weights, etc. You will have results and will learn a lot while getting there. I am your personal teammate here to get your body right! I believe in you and take pride in my work. I also have product bags; one for burning fat and another for boosting energy. I recently helped a client reach her weight goal using the Keto diet with very close consultation. I would be happy to help you plan and be your personal nutrition consultant. I have 16 years of experience in health, wellness, fitness and nutrition. I have a lot of experience in natural remedies for health. I have a variety of experience in treating nausea, safe & effective detox methods, and remedies for energy boost and general tiredness.
