My name is Tatianna and I am a certified personal trainer and I am currently in school for an exercise science degree. I started my business about 4 years ago in the middle of the pandemic training my mom in the backyard with 5lb dumbbells and some resistance bands. Now i have all the necessary equipment to help anyone and everyone reach their fitness goals. I do the training out of my home gym for now until I can find a nice studio space for myself.
