I have been in the Health and fitness industry for 8+ years in the Bay Area.

I am extremely passionate about the fitness industry and I love helping my clients get to there goals. I have serviced over 5000 sessions in my career have had a very satisfied clientele. I have worked for many big-box gyms in the past and have gathered tons of knowledge by getting certified and constantly upping m4b knowledge by getting certified in many different aspects of fitness.

I am currently certified through NASM and have about 8 other speciality certifications which includes les mills Bodycombat certification, pre and post natal certifications to train pregnant clients, Nutritional coaching certification through ISSA, Certified strength and conditioning coach through U.S.A Weight lifting, certified Boxing coach,

FMS(Functional movement screening and last but not the least Dotfit Certified product specialist.

Apart from that I am also a competitive bodybuilder and at my last competition last week I came 3rd place in U.S. National physique committee show. I believe in living the part.
