Physical fitness is a very important part of my life. I am currently on my way to getting certified as a physical fitness instructor and nutritionist. Although I am not currently certified, I have been active in the fitness community for a decade. I have spoken to many women who are afraid to get in the gym because they do not feel confident around others or may not know how to use the equipment. I want to motivate others to get out and about and help them achieve there goals as close as possible. I recently had a baby and now it has been 8 months.
