My name is Joshua Adams and I am an ISSA Certified personal trainer with 10+ years of training in various forms of exercise to ensure my ability to develop a program to fit almost any clients lifestyle and keep you consistent with your fitness journey by teaching you adaptable skills for life. I have an extensive background with the United States Marine Corps as well as MMA(Mixed Martial Arts), Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and the sport of Strongman having been an active participant in all of the above, my unique coaching style allows me to teach clients how to reach their goals in a fun and multifaceted path no matter the client, no matter the goal.
