These are the most common goals/roadblocks that I've been helping my clients with, since I started as a Trainer in a local commercial gym back in 2021.
I put in the time and effort to hone my skills in coaching my clients better and acquiring more knowledge on exercise and nutrition to provide not only the best service that I can give, more importantly, RESULTS.

My "style" of training is mostly focused on Strength Training, Hypertrophy/Muscle building (for women: NO, LIFTING WEIGHTS DOES NOT MAKE YOU "BULKY"), and improving Mobility. I also guide clients about basic nutrition and macronutrient/calorie tracking.
