I spent time as a Strength Coach at the Division 1 FBS football level.
I received a Masters Degree from Georgetown University in Sports industry management.
I currently serve as the Performance Director for Bucked Up Fitness.
This is who I am to my core, my training philosophy is rooted in movement quality. My background is in physics and biomechanics. Once good movement patterns are created, then we can focus on how we load and administer weights and exercise. I pay attention to details and can promise that not only your physical development will benefit, but your knowledge of the “how, why’s and when’s” if exercise will be answered and YOU will be more than efficient enough to self regulate and train yourself effectively after our time has ended.
