Hello! My name is David Santacruz. I am a Certified Personal trainer (ACSM) and Exercise Physiologist (ACSM). I earned my Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science at Virginia Commonwealth University.
I am passionate about helping my students discover how to improve their mobility and balance for them to live stronger longer.

We will discover which movements are appropriate for you to do in a program that I will develop as our collaboration continues. It's not my intent to destroy you or make you feel weak, as it's more valuable to learn to move better with progressively more difficulty or more weight.
During your sessions, in addition to training, we may also discuss habits that align with your goals, assignments I have given you, and topics related to your fitness goals. I will also be asking questions about your life to see how I can best adjust your training to your lifestyle.
