Hello! I am Coach Moose my passion is helping people on their journey, whether it's their life journey or fitness journey! I am the co-founder of a gym in downtown savannah called AMPT - Savannah. As a personal trainer and life coach, I do more than just train my clients to lift more or think healthier. I really try to change their lives by training, educating and guiding them on their journey in the most personalized way that I can!
