I have extensive experience working around any injury issues, providing alternative exercises to avoid causing any further issues. Beyond that, I likely can help you strengthen the areas that may have contributed to the injury in the first place. I can't wait to start working with you towards your goals!
In addition to training, I also provide handyman services. I've gained the skills to handle many of your basic handyman needs by working on my own homes over the years.
