I attended The National Personal Training Institute 2011 and the Graduates Receive:Hands-on Personal Training Program. This personal fitness trainer program requires no costly Continuing Education Courses (CEC’s) and will never have to be renewed. My diploma in personal training will be valid for life across the United States. Many in the fitness industry deem this to be the highest level of education one can receive as a personal trainer.
I started Personal Training Professionally in the Mecca of Personal Training on the east coast in South Beach Miami in which I was hired by a company by the name of Equinox before I graduated which is the premier place to be as a trainer especially right out of school.I have the experience of training different types of personal with various backgrounds including injuries prevention of injury, rehabilitation from such injuries as well as virtual training.During my time as a Personal Trainer I helped a lot of people recover from injuries as well to continue to live a healthy lifestyle on a day to day basis beyond the gym.I have worked with people from Celebrities to everyday people as well as teaching an Ab class once a week that grew each class in attendance.I have with a very strong passion and desire for Health and Fitness. I love helping other’s accomplish their goals through holistic lifestyle modifications. I am qualified to design, implement , and educate people of all diverse abilities using the most safe, effective and contemporary training methods.
