Hi my name is Julia ! I've been in the fitness/ sports industry for about 10 years . Growing up I did beach and indoor volleyball . I won various types of awards for skill and athleticism. With being an athlete I also trained in the gym quite often. I had such a passion for fitness and living a healthy life style. This inspired me to start my own business in personal training . I've coached and trained women for 2 years . I've helped women in athleticism, weight loss , muscle gain , etc . I do train men as well ! I am also currently getting my bachelors degree in kinesiology to further my knowledge in personal training.
