My name is Joshua Kenyon. I have been on my own fitness journey for 10 years now and am also very passionate about natural bodybuilding. I am a NASM certified personal trainer who trains out of AMPT Fit, a gym in downtown Savannah. My passion for fitness/bodybuilding has undoubtably transformed my life.
