My goal is to meet you where your current fitness level is and make it as EASY as possible to commit and stay consistent with an exercise routine. The key to sustainable health and wellness is a routine that enhances your life, not one that takes away from it.
Prior to COVID, I was the VP of Fitness for a large chain across the Northeast. Due to shutdowns I found myself here in St. Pete, FL. I bought a home and for the last 2 years, I've been training clients out of my garage.
I have over 10 years experience and can assure you, while we may be in a garage, you will be receiving 5 star service from an experienced professional.
I personally have lost over 100lbs from a 300lb high school football player down to a 170lb Personal Trainer.
During my career I spent many years working with Physical Therapists so if you are in any form of pre/rehab I can help bridge the gap back to living a pain free life.
Overall, I believe in making small changes over time that lead to life changing results. If you are looking for high heart rate HIIT, or just want to sweat, I'm not the trainer for you.
I'm very maticulous with where we start and how we progress. If you're a rockstar athlete, sure, we can get a little crazy. But for most people we are going to repeat the basics until you are strong and are ready that next level.
I'll be in and out of training sessions most days and can usually respond within a few hours. I look forward to working with you!
