I have a HUGE passion in coaching others in fitness but I take a different aprroach than most. Why? Because you can still eat a dang oreo! When starting my fitness journey, I had a lot of ups and downs. Trying every diet, eating a 1200 calorie diet, feeling SO lost but one thing I knew I wanted to do is be healthy, but also allow myself to live a LIFE. Id get SO anxious going out to eat, going to birthdays, holidays because I was worried id “fail” if I ate a dang chip. Until I learned balance, and figured it out in a way I want to teach others! SUSTAINABLE HEALTH is the goal. Thats why I started BNC! Balanced Nutrition, babe! Founded in 2021 and has grown SO much since!
My program offers all online coaching with video led workouts, macro coaching and most importantly, sustainability so that after you’re at a place where you can do this on your own, you won’t fall backwards. My online coaching allows you to work alongside your personal schedule and actually gives you more access to me than just 1-2 hours a week! I am at your disposal Monday - Friday 8am-6pm. Teaching my clients balance is very important to me. Nutrition is key, but I offer coaching that includes balance with your life so that you can also enjoy holidays, vacations, cake at a birthday party without feeling guilt!
