My name is Davis (Day) Tamano and I’ve been training with clients for 4 years now, certified under the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a personal trainer.

I currently offer one-on-one/group training in Personal Training for wellness, strength/bodybuilding, or for Muay Thai if you are more interested in self defense or trying to pick up a new skill.

We will start off with a free video consultation over FaceTime or Zoom, and then a 30-minute free in-person physical assessment.
I work from a private studio that is shared with a few other trainers, or we can work out of your home or apartment gym.
My philosophy is to really get to know my client before beginning the work, so we can match each other energy and so that I can empathize with your goals.
