The gym can be an intimidating place for anyone who didn’t grow up spending much time there, and I know it was for me. I tried countless times to be an avid gym-goer, but something kept holding me back.
I had a lack of confidence about what I was supposed to do while I was there.
We’re all told over and over that we need to exercise more and hit the gym more, but if when you go there, you wander around aimlessly like I did, or just feel that you could be getting more out of your time investment, having some guidance will help capitalize on your time investment.
The gym is about so much more than bicep curls, bench presses, and endlessly running on a treadmill. When you start to understand what the human body is truly capable of, the possibilities of what to do while you’re there become endless.
