My name is Lauren Henneke and I have been in the fitness industry for 7 years. I am an ACE certified personal trainer and specialize in functional movement and body recomposition. My goal as your trainer is to get you feeling your best from the inside out! Together we will come up with a plan that is sustainable, fun, and will help you reach all your fitness goals.
I train out of a private facility called Sequoia Training Club, which is a unique gym that is only accessible to trainers and their clients. This means we have the ability to train when its best for your schedule without being overcrowded by other gym goers. Sequoia is a best-in-class facility that offers an open space concept, brand new equipment, and an inspiring atmosphere.
Helping people become the best version of themselves is my passion and I work to educate and empower my clients to build their own version of a healthy lifestyle. I believe that everyone can achieve their goals through a framework of daily fitness, nutrition, sleep, and mental clarity habits. I strive to partner with each of my clients to design enjoyable programs that consider their current lifestyles while addressing their goals and needs so they can create lasting positive change along their health and fitness journeys.
