I've been around gyms and fitness environments for most of my life and love exercise and being active but found some of the communities overwhelming and not inclusive. I started Life Kinetics to serve as an inclusive space for anyone interested in bettering their health - from fitness enthusiasts to hardcore gym bodies to folks looking for ways to improve their general health.
