I’m Jaylene Kilbourne, a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor and a certified wellness coach. My own fitness journey began with the discovery of yoga and the implementation of strength training. I quickly became very connected to my body and felt the effects of movement not just physically, but mentally and emotionally.
I am a body neutral coach and I bring a balanced holistic approach to my coaching sessions. I want to help my clients create a sustainable lifestyle approach to their fitness journey. The benefits of exercise extend way beyond aesthetics. Prioritizing movement supports and improves heart health and cognitive abilities, increasing neuroplasticity in the brain, prevent or delay neurodegenerative diseases, slows down bone and muscle loss and will allow you to sustain daily living activities independently for a longer time!
