What makes my personal training stand out is a powerful mix of science, elite-level athletics, and a flexible, human-centered coaching approach. I've been studying sports and exercise science since 2011 and hold a Bachelor's degree in the field. I’m also a former professional athlete and played Division I soccer and tennis—experiences that taught me how to train with purpose, precision, and results.
I’m proud to be a renowned Beachbody Trainer, where I’ve helped clients of all levels reach their goals—from building strength and muscle to simply becoming more toned, athletic, or confident in their bodies. I teach everything from performance training to general fitness, and tailor each program to the person in front of me.
