Ascent Physical Therapy, PLLC was developed out of the desire to provide the people of Long Island, NY with a superior quality of health care and wellness services rather than the usual Outpatient therapy clinic. As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Certified Athletic Trainer, and Olympic Weight Lifting Coach - worked for most of my career in a busy outpatient, corporate- and insurance-based company where I found that I was unable to provide that quality level of service that all of my patients deserved.

When working with Ascent Physical Therapy, we understand that every individual is different and that difference is what makes you unique. Therefore, your uniqueness requires not only a specific assessment but a specific treatment. Many current, crowded outpatient clinics and massage businesses end up providing a level of cookie-cutter therapy/treatment as the therapists do not have the level of time and attention required to ensure you are receiving your treatment plan appropriately.

We ensure with our 1-on-1 level services, designed specifically for endurance athletes and active adults in mind, provide you with the highest level of care.  The specificity of your plan boils down to who you are as a person, your goals, and your schedule to ensure that you have the maximum potential for success. We DO NOT treat you as a diagnosis but as an entire person, mind and body, so that all of your fears and concerns are calmed while you are able to physically recover.

At Ascent Physical Therapy, we  work with you so you do not have to worry about getting denied by your insurance or have to worry about surprise bills or fees so that you are able to focus on getting the life you want back.
