About

ABOUT

I teach students of all ages, and specialize in adult students who are "getting back into it" after some previous training. I teach some students who enjoy classical repertoire and some who like to learn popular music; I also teach and coach other church musicians. I help students learn to teach themselves by exploring keyboard geography and learning music that motivates each student. Each lesson is a coaching session including skill building, problem solving and encouragement. My goal is for the student to experience joy in whatever they do at the keyboard. I teach at my church in Lafayette near the intersection of 24 and 680.
