WHAT I CAN DO
— Furniture Assembly: IKEA, Wayfair, etc. *NO MURPHY BEDS*
— Mounting: pictures, mirrors, curtains, closets, shelves, TV’s, etc.
— Lighting and ceiling fans: replace existing fixtures, switches, and dimmers
— Recommend products that best serve your project. (TV mounts, light fixtures, etc.)
— Offer design advice informeduu by my interior design colleagues
WHAT I CAN’T DO
— MURPHY BEDS
— Install ceiling fans or light fixtures on ceilings higher than ten feet.
— Install or remove AC window units
— Install faucets or do any plumbing work
— Hang pictures, mirrors, or lights over stairs
— Install recessed lights
— install lights or fans where there isn’t already a fixture or wiring
— Move a ceiling electrical box (e.g. centering a chandelier)
— Move a receptacle (AKA “outlet”)
— Drywall repair
— Baby gates
— Mailbox posts
— Mount TV's on tile or on tile over fireplaces
The minimum service call is $95. This will apply if circumstances prevent me from completing the job.
