A cancelation fee will occur anytime the job is booked and canceled. This is true whether it is an instant booking through Thumbtack, or we speak and schedule a time. Rescheduling is fine and will not incur a fee. Fees will be equal to the actual cost of the lead, plus up to $50 administrative charges for my time in handling the billing.
An emergency service charge of $100 will apply on jobs done off regular hours and will be discussed prior to coming out for work.
