We attempt service within 2-4 business days (Rush and Immediate service available) and run tag numbers, interview neighbors, make late night, early morning, and Saturday attempts, and do whatever it takes to get your paper served. Fees are based on location and originating state and are all-inclusive: unlimited attempts (with a reasonable expectation of service), basic research (phones and social media), notary, free efile of the return (where available), and up to 50 printed pages (additional pages $0.10/pg). Additional addresses, skip tracing (locating the person to be served...only $99!).
Locates and Document Retrieval
Consultations are always free and include an estimate of fees. Everything is laid out upfront and in writing. We offer a variety of flat-rate services including:

We offer an all-inclusive "fill, file, serve" non-attorney (except local evictions) legal document service starting at $150 + service of process. We provide the Florida Bar and clerk approved forms, fill them out with the information you provide, come to you if needed, file the documents, serve all parties, and even provide the default/final judgment documents for one low flat rate. Once you get your default, we have a variety of investigative services and legal document solutions to help you collect. We also feature a no upfront fee judgment collection service.
