About

Through the US Masters, I am certified to teach adults (ages 18 and above) how to swim. I only teach adults. I teach at the PWCS Aquatics Center near Hoadly Rd. and 234 (behind Colgan H.S.) in Prince William County, Virginia.

Students connect with me because I teach from my own experience. For me, swimming is a work in progress. That's why I focus on students' own goals, for example, learn how to breathe properly, flutter kick, master new strokes or swim 25 yards without stopping. I believe everyone should know how to swim for his/her own safety. As important, swimming is great for the heart, bones, muscles, joints, and emotional health.

I love working with adult beginner and intermediate swimmers. They're motivated and focused. I enjoy celebrating their progress with them.
