I currently practice massage therapy/healing work. Mostly practicing deep tissue, Swedish, Sports and Pre-Natal therapy. I am continuing my focus on health and well being in and out of the water. I have specialized training working with kids and adults that may be fearful about the water. My approach in teaching beings with water safety, but through the practice of joy, for swimming and surf lessons. Also have experience in aquatic fitness training, as well as storke and swimming technique.
I not only teach "how" but also instill confidence. This is something that can be carried into life not just the pool or ocean. As a massage therapist I have continued to study the interior of the human body to provide the most effective therapy. I have worked with many athletes to revive the tension of workout and physical training. As I am an athlete myself. As well as various techniques of energy work integrated into my massgae technique.
