About

I have been involved with swimming for most of my life and love sharing my passion for it with others. I have taught lessons to beginners from infants to adults and coached State Champions and All-Americans.

I strive to make lessons fun and engaging with a focus on safety and proper technique. For more advanced swimmers and triathletes I focus intensely on fine-tuning technique with video review and also create workouts tailored to the individual and their goals.

I currently swim on the Master's Team at T2 Aquatics and in college was a 24-time All-American qualifying for the United States Olympic Trials. Certified lifeguard with CPR and first aid.
