Colorado Property & Facilities Management Compliance

By executing this Agreement, the parties acknowledge and agree that BOH Facilities LLC® provides Facilities Management and Property Management services in strict accordance with the Colorado Division of Real Estate and the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA). Under Colorado law (C.R.S. § 12-10-201 et seq.), certain Facilities Management functions that include Property Management activities constitute real estate brokerage services and require a Colorado Real Estate Broker’s License. Clients expressly acknowledge, understand, and agree that:

Any services involving rent collection, lease negotiation or renewal, security deposit handling, property marketing, or transactional representation are subject to these licensing requirements.

BOH Facilities LLC® conducts all overlapping facilities management and property management operations in full compliance with state law.

Limited exemptions exist for on-site residential managers who are salaried, non-commissioned employees not negotiating lease terms.

This Compliance Statement is incorporated by reference and forms an integral part of this Agreement.
