Fort Lowell is a family-owned and run company that's been open since 1981. We service over 550 management clients between Phoenix and Tucson. Our most loyal clients have worked with other management companies and found us to be the best overall experience and operators for their properties.

Our average occupancy rate is above 95%, even during Covid-19. Our rent collection rate remains around 95% as well, which is far higher than the national average given the current circumstances.

This is because we will not only manage the property, but will also maintain your property with our in-house maintenance crews; ensuring a properly run investment property. And if you're new to renting, you should know that annual maintenance expenses can quickly cost twice as much as management fees.

We charge 8%-10% of the gross rents for our management fee, depending on city and property size. We do not charge company fees to evict a tenant or if the tenant renews. If an issue arises we simply handle it.

Our managers will lease your home, ensuring the manager actually knows who is moving into your property and who they will be working with for years to come. Our more personalized approach with tenants creates better relationships. This usually results in: better rent collection rates, lower turnover costs (huge savings), and a generally better environment that we can operate within when emergencies arise.

Additionally, if the day comes that you want to sell, then we have a buyer network that we can present it to that can generate a great deal quickly, giving you a better overall return and experience.
