We are a property management company serving the Chicago Metro Area with extensive experience since 1988. Our mission is to assist property owners in securing their assets, minimizing risks, and maximizing rental income. In doing so, we also help tenants find stable housing.
We specialize in Residential Property Management and Commercial Property Management. Many of our clients are investors located out of state or even out of the country, and we take pride in offering them a worry-free experience. Our full-service approach means we handle everything—from painting and remodeling to marketing, tenant screening, lease signing, rent collection, maintenance, and evictions.
Our team earned many industry designations and certifications, including CCIM, CAI, AARE, PRI, CNE, CIPS, CRB, CRS, GRI, ABR, RECS, SRES, and ePRO, which underscores our commitment to excellence in property management.
We excel when we have the autonomy to manage your property effectively. If you prefer a hands-off approach, we are the right choice for you. However, if you’re looking for part-time assistance, want to direct our management efforts, or wish to co-manage your property, we may not be the best fit. Just as there can only be one captain of a ship, there can only be one property manager.
Since 2010, we have managed properties in receivership for the State of Illinois Courts and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. We collaborate closely with property owners, investors, attorneys, banks, and judges, and our managing broker is an Associate Member of the Chicago Bar Association (CBA).
