WHAT I DO: I maintain property rentals and community associations in southwest Connecticut by advertising, filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases, and maintaining and securing premises. I establish rental rate by surveying local rental rates and calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit goals.
HOW I DO IT: I create a specific game-plan for every property tailored to their strengths and weaknesses. Then I implement, monitor, and manage the property's profitability & vacancies for my clients to maximize results.
RESULTS: I have 7+ years of experience managing properties for myself and others in Bridgeport, CT and surrounding areas. I have been able to keep vacancies to virtually zero even throughout the COVID-19 era.
